Our system actively monitors the temperature of all inserted power banks. If any unit exceeds or falls below a specified limit, the charging station automatically locks that power bank until it returns to a safe temperature. This proactive approach helps mitigate potential risks, ensuring a safe experience for both venue partners and users.
The system can detect whether the power bank returned has been locked, so as to avoid the fake return caused by the blocked locker keyhole because of the blockage, then unnecessary loss will be prevented.

HeyCharge has built a proprietary over-the-air (OTA) system for station firmware' remote automated upgrade. That is to say, all our power bank stations have the online firmware upgrade function.
Compared to common charging techniques, HeyCharge's algorithm, based on the artificial neural networks, scientifically adjust the voltage and current according to factors like minimum power level, charging efficiency, charging temperature rise, charging duration, and cycle life. 7.85% reduction in charging time, a 32.95% decrease in average temperature, and a 10% increase in usage times.
Our power bank stations are equipped with the proprietary algorithm for the internet environment detection. The system will receive the detection result and switch the network among 4G/3G/2G and WiFi intelligently according to the varied local network signals, so as to promise the stable network and optimal station online rate.
The State of Health(SoH) monitoring function continuously tracks the power bank's battery status in real time, displaying any abnormal data in red on the admin system. This allows for quick identification of batteries that need replacement, eliminating the need for manual checks and saving significant time and labor.
Users can easily plug the power bank directly into the station slot without worrying about charging cables getting stuck. Even if the cables aren’t properly reset, they won’t get stuck in the station slot or cause any issues with returning the power bank. So convenient!
The system continuously monitors each slot's status and disables any faulty slots (e.g., broken slot, spring, or locker) to prevent the power bank from being dispensed. This ensures users won’t encounter situations where a slot fails to pop up a power bank, reducing the likelihood of complaints.
A power bank station is composed by slots, locker, spring, and mainboard. Each part is independent. So each part can be replaced and maintained easily.
The shells of the power bank sharing station and its power banks are made from flame-retardant materials that won’t catch fire. This design eliminates potential safety hazards and ensures the safety of both users and venue partners.
